Upon completion of the purchase order, the customer will be provided with an electronic contract outlining all terms and conditions.

The Second Party is responsible for executing the services related to well drilling for the First Party and public facilities.

Whereas the First Party wishes to enter into a contract with the Second Party of their own free will and in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.

Upon execution of the contract between both parties, the responsibility of the Second Party shall be to ensure the achievement of the First Party’s objective.

As an Omani-established company with sufficient experience in well drilling and other construction works carried out by Qatrah Haya Company, the Second Party shall also provide the First Party with a detailed project report, including attached photos, videos, and site coordinates.

This report will be sent to the contact number stated in the contract.

The Second Party commits to completing the project within the timeframe specified in the contract, unless delayed by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or similar events. In such cases, an additional 30 days will be added to the contract duration.
